issue with view creation for a orchestration table.

Hi Team,

I have a table "u_orchestration_schedules" in which I have my request item and followed that related change record informations.

I am creating a new view which named as "orchestration" i can able switch the view manually. But when i written the UI rules its not working based on role.

Also only for non admins i have to hide one field in both form and list. Should i do with ACL or do we have any other alternate as best practice?
