ITIL role users get a "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" whentrying to view/edit tasks

I created tasks.. private and guidance tasks then assigned them to users with an ITIL role. Those users are able to see the report score however once they click on it they get the following message "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" . I would appreciate any guidance

@James68 I'm not certain about the "guidance tasks" but for the private tasks, the assigned to will not be able to see them unless that person is also member of the board the ptask belongs to. I'm struggling with finding a workaround to this without modifying the OOB script include for VTB security.
