ITIL User can't see couple of catalog items in portal.

ITIL User can't see couple of catalog items in portal.

Can anyone please help me out.

Is this only one ITIL user, or all/many?  Can this user see the items in the native UI / Service Catalog?

Hi @Brad Bowman  This is for all ITIL Users and yes users can see the items in the native UI / Service Catalog.

Are the unseen items in a different Category or Catalog from the items that ITIL users can see? I had one user who could not see a Catalog Item, and it turns out they were using Microsoft Edge - once switching to Chrome or Firefox the item could be seen.

For example: A and B both are from same category xyz. ITIL user can see A but can't see B from portal. Tried with different browser but that did not work.
