ITIL User can't see couple of catalog items in portal.

Can anyone please help me out.

There is a (legacy I think) field on Catalog Items named Visible Everywhere.  It's possible this box is unchecked for these items.  Also check if you have customized any widgets or added a query that is excluding these items for only ITIL users.

 Field on Catalog Items named Visible Everywhere is true.

 maybe a dumb question, but have you verified the catalog item on the catalog items mentioned not visible?
