ITIL user not able to open Standard change Catalog.!!!!Please help very urgent!!!!

Hello All,

 

Its a production issue.Can someone please help.

 

ITIL user not able to open standard change catalog.They can view all other changes.

 

I have checked the acl, module role, standard change catalog roole and didn't find any issue

 

Can some one please help!!!!

How are they trying to open it? Can they open it using the following URL?

As an Admin I am able to open but as ITIL user they are getting Not authorized message.

 

They can open other change normal,emergency changes

Can you check if any user criteria has been applied on the standard change catalog items which restricts the access.

You will need to navigate to the category of your standard change and check if any user criteria is added on it, You can also verify the same on the catalog items.

Note: You will need to verify the Available For or Not Available for list under the Category or items.

We have upgraded our instances to London version after that this issue is happening
