ITIL user not able to open Standard change Catalog.!!!!Please help very urgent!!!!

Hello All,

 

Its a production issue.Can someone please help.

 

ITIL user not able to open standard change catalog.They can view all other changes.

 

I have checked the acl, module role, standard change catalog roole and didn't find any issue

 

Can some one please help!!!!

You have something under Not available for, Can you check what it is?

 

 

 

 

Your images did not upload properly

Not available is for End user only

Can you remove that and test it once?
