Hi! I'm working on Lab 2.2 within the ITSM Implementation Participation Guide and cannot seem to populate the CD Billing Dependency views after transforming the import set data. I have completed this lab 3 times to no avail.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or can provide assistance?
Help is appreciated!

Hi @gusszn
Did you run the transform map? Seems you missed out on the steps and that is the reason the relationship is not loaded. Please share the full instructions to help you.

Yes, I ran the transform map and got a success message. I tried it again and was able to get 1/5 servers shown. I believe there may be a glitch in my instance since I keep repeating the steps, but have gotten different results each time. Unfortunately, I can't copy the instructions, here.

Hi @gusszn
It can be the reason, in the last few days I saw data issues/configuration issues in lab instances. Do one thing, delete all previously loaded relationship and run a fresh map. Also before you go into CI view, check whether all relationship are loaded currently in the target table or not.

Hi @gusszn
As Suggested by @Dr Atul G- LNG
It seems the transform map might not have been run, which is likely why the relationship hasn’t been loaded. Could you please confirm if this step was completed?
If Run..
Review the transform history and logs for any errors or warnings.
Adjust the mappings or source data as needed and re-run the transform
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
Thanks and Regards
