This document is for all of the those who have questions about ITSM (ITIL) processes and procedures. Feel free to download this Microsoft Word document, which has embedded Visio diagrams, and use it as you see fit. It has processes diagrams, process steps, RACI, CSFs, KPIs, etc. for most ITIL process.

I hope someone is able to use some of this information.

There is one problem with the document above. It's a long story, but the Change types in the document are Normal, Routine and Emergency when they should be Normal, Standard and Emergency.
