Could anyone explain how ITSM Standard and ITSM Pro fulfiller licensing works please? My query is can we have a mix of ITSM Standard & ITSM Pro fulfiller licenses?
The reason I ask is that the majority of our current licensed fullfillers are IT support agents / ticket resolver personnel that will never have a requirement to use anything more than Incident, Request, Change & Problem Management, Knowledge Base and CMDB . There's only a small number of people that will utilise ITSM Pro products / features.
So can just the small group of users that will make use of ITSM Pro suite be licensed for ITSM Pro?
Thanks

Mixing products within the same product line is generally not allowed (App Engine, SecOps & IntegrationHub being the exception). There is no way to meter who is using what due to the cross over in how a pro subscription works. If your entire business line is not going to take value of a pro subscription, it's likely that your org isn't ready for that maturity advancement
