KB Articles: How to Change the Approver

Is it possible to change the approver of a KB article which has already been requested for approval? Please see attached screenshot. I redacted the names of the approvers.

Hi @TStark ,

If it is in prod instance , I think you do not have access to update the approver record. You need to reach out who has access (or) need to create script for updating approver. But that is not best practice.

This is an issue (for me at the moment) in all instances not just prod and if I as an administrator don't have access then no one does. Your idea of a script may work though @Sumanth16 How would you suggest that such script will look. I'm assuming this is a Fix Script.

I ended up manually approving the articles instead of trying to change the approvers. On some of the articles I deleted the approval requests after I did the manual approval.
