How can I add the Kepner Tregoe plugin within my developer instance of servicenow?

Hi Christoph,

Many of our IT support staff have been on the KT PSDM training and have

access to the KT problem solving tools and iPad app.

Is this the sort of training your talking about?

Matt

Matt-

No, some of the same fundamental concepts are covered, but it's tailored to IM and PM and uses the KT plugin for ServiceNow as application.

I am assuming the plugin is not turned for you?

Let me know if you want to explore further.

Christoph,

We currently use the KT PSDM processes (SA-PPA) and its embedded in our internal IM and PM processes. Later this month we are migrating from VMWare VSM over to ServiceNow and we are interested in incorporating the KT processes within SN and the plugin seems to be the best way forward.

In preparation we are wishing to preview the plugin to understand what needs to be updated in our processes and training material. I have a developer instance up and running but couldn't find where the KT plugin was hence my query on this forum.

Is it possible to have the KT plugin made available in a developer instance?

What do we need to do to make it available in our prod ServiceNow environment?

Regards

Matt

Let's take the conversation offline to discuss your options and objectives. We have 2 plugins now: for Problem Management and Major Incident Management, so we should talk about the best approach and what additional training might be required.

I think you are already connected to some of my colleagues Down Under. I will shoot you an email so we can set up a call to discuss this further.

Is this ok for you?

Cheers,

Christoph

Sounds good.
