Keywords option is not working in filter

Hello,

I am facing an issue with Keywords option available in Filter. Somehow it is not working . Can anybody help me out here to resolve this issue?

Hi bhanga204,

It what way is it not working? Do you appear to be getting incorrect results, no results etc etc? You might want to start off with an index of the table you are searching, to make sure the indicies are up to date. Assuming you are running the June Release or newer, the following wiki has some info on regenerating the index of a table: http://wiki.service-now.com/index.php?title=Administering_Zing_Text_Search.

Clearly an old post but did you find an answer to this? We just got reports of this and here is what I found. while using the Keyword filter in reports the totals for reports were not showing correctly in the top right of the report. I've searched everywhere and have found no answers. The report work fine until I add that keyword filter... I think there were over 5000 results to this reports until I added the filter.
