Knowledge Article Helpful Widget not displaying the correct percentage.

Hi Everyone,

For knowledge article A helpful widget shows a percentage greater than 100%.

Ex. '1800% found this useful'

I checked, and using the OOTB widget and script returned the correct value if I executed the same script in the background script, but on the portal it shows incorrect, which percentage should be less than 100%.

I have attached the picture; please suggest how I can fix this issue.

 

Is there anything like the same user who clicks the helpful 'Yes/No' button again and again?

I guess yes, Yes/ No has impact on this.

@MayurGavhane - Did you get fix for this issue?

Apparently this is a known problem that was supposed to be fixed win WashingtonDC Patch 6 but it's reproducable in patch 7.  There's a workaround to set the system property "glide.knowman.count_helpful_feedback=true"  That cleared the issue for us.
