Knowledge article in incident form not getting attached

Hello,
In the incident form when I search for knowledge article and try to attach that article in incident form it's not getting attached.
When I try to click on attach on that article, the attach ui action botton not working
Can someone please help me through this.

Yes, kb article is displaying under "Related records" section.
But I want that kb article attached in my form not in ''related records section"
Ex: I want attached kb article on incident form below the field "assignment group"

Then modify the form to add “attached kb” (or something like that) field under the assignment group one. It will display as many kb articles are in the related table but in a clickable format.
