Hi All,

Im very aware of the permissions on Knowledge Bases, so please dont direct me to that.

Within a knowledge base I would like to restrict a specific article to a specific user (call it JohnU) or group (call it JackG).

How can I do that?

I have googled and seen a few articles including this one, but dont understand it.

Managing access to knowledge bases and knowledge articles

Best regards

Hi @jarrejo11

You can do via user criteria at the Article level.
