Hi Team , 

Can you Please help me with below requirement ,how do i  implement this ?

We need to utilize Knowledge management capability of SNOW, so that we can create SOP's, Runbooks and store/link them in SNOW itself for the NOC team. Please help us configuring this knowledge base in ServiceNow.
