We just turned on Knowledge version tracking. I am testing this to see how everything works before we educate staff. I have found that I am getting a 'knowledge record not found' error when trying to view the article from the knowledge version record.

Open KB article, go to Article version related links, click on open record for the version I want to look at, click on View version. I get the error

I can view the version if I just click on the Knowledge version without opening the record and if I want to compare versions?

Looks like it's a security thing, since you don't seem to have read access to the Knowledge Version table.

Try going to the Knowledge Base record for that article, and make sure you have access under the "Can Contribute" related list
