Hi Team,

 

How to add a field to compair old article and new article in KB knowledge.

comparision between the pervious version to current version article

Procedure

  1. Navigate to a Knowledge > Articles > All.
  2. Click a knowledge article with multiple versions.
  3. In the Article Versions related list, select the check boxes for the two versions of the article to compare.
    Article Versions

     

  4. In the Actions on selected rows list, select Compare from the list.
    The Compare versions page opens and lists the fields (including Article body) for the selected article versions in a side-by-side format. Differences between the two article versions are highlighted.

  5. Click Done to return to the Knowledge form.

but I want to create a shortcut in Related Links

It may not be possible. You would need to create an M2M table, then get the version table and show it there, which would introduce technical debt.
