I'm trying to find the last backup date for my instance. Where is it?

Once check the Upgrade History. You may get an idea.

Hi,

When starting a clone from a backup, the date and time the backup was taken, as well as periodic progress messages, appear in the Clone Log related list. Also Refer below link,

Hello rachele123

Servicenow backs up your instance nightly, they take full backups on the weekend and then incremental's on weekdays.

If you raise a incident in HI the team will be happy to give you the backup times of your instance.

FYI...there is also now an item available on the HI Support Portal that will immediately return the date/time for the last 5 backups for an instance. The steps to request this information are:

  1. Login to the HI Support portal at https://support.servicenow.com/
  2. Pick Manage Instances from the left panel.
  3. For the desired instance(s), on the Actions Menu click on View All.
  4. Click/select the item named "List of backups for the instance".
  5. Fill out the form with the instance and the date you want to see. The output will be a list with the last five or so backups:
