To see ServiceNow instance backup times in HiWAVE, you need the correct permissions and can utilize the "List of backups for the instance" catalog item.
Users with the customer_admin or partner_admin roles on Now Support can access this feature.
Without those HI/HIWAVE roles, you get this message
