Last login field is not updating

Hi Team,

My requirement is to De-Activating the users who are not logged in since 90 days.

using last login field am fetching the users but I observed some of the users are login in every day but last login date field is not updated.

For some of the users last login date is showing accurately.

I have checked the Script Action "Last login time" code & event logs with name as login and Parm1 as that user id

only few user details are showing not all the users.

Note:

All users are using same URL for login.

My last login date is also not updated, Since one month am regularly logging in.

I have checked the Event logs, no entry available for those users

Try updating system property for write exempt as mentioned in below article:

User with "snc_read_only" role is unable to place ServiceNow requests.

Again, this will be hit and trial, I am not able to reproduce this issue in my PDI.

And you mentioned even for you the login time is not updated, do you also have sn_read_only role?

Hi Aman,

I'm facing the same issue Jira integration with servicenow...the last login date is not updating  for only some users on subscription table and I'm using OAuth integration

Any ideas/suggestions on this..
