Latest incident metric from list

Hi,
I'm querying the incident metric table , to get the assignment groups (not part of an exception list) of an incident.
How can I get only the latest one (see yellow marked) for each incident from that list ? (a kind of max start date)

You need to create a report for this, where you can set conditions like "start date 2/4/5 hours ago," which is not possible directly on a related list.
