LDAP Attributes not getting impirted

Unable to get all the required updates from AD after integrating with the LDAP server. I am getting a few information from the AD such as C, CN, email, employee number, SAMLaccountName etc.

However when I am trying to get the Location and the telephone, mobile and home phone, I am not getting the required fields from AD and not displayed in the available slushbucket of the import set table.

I have also added the attributes in the ldap server attributes field.

When I have added the attributes and I import the first set of 20 test records, it seems that not getting all the values that were previously being pulled from AD inclusive of the fields that are missing. What can be the issue?

Not sure why the other thread from your end was deleted. Anyways, load 20 records will not create new fields in staging table. Ensure you have added the attributes & you do a complete load which will automatically create fields in stating table.

Hi,

As Jaspal mentioned, please don't delete posts if you can help it. You can always edit your existing post, but deleting other posts, especially when individuals have taken the time to reply, is not an ideal approach.

Outside of that, it's recommended to ensure that when you import, after adding those attributes to your LDAP record, that first record coming in needs to have values for those new attributes. The new fields are only created if data coming across is found for those fields.

So one recommendation is to only import a single record that has ALL those values filled in, to then have those fields created, then proceed with a larger/normal import, etc.

Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

My sincere apologies again. As I mentioned it was not at all intentional, when I reached the same conclusion as you guys had. I did not know whether I wanted to edit the post or keep it as is which led to this confusion. Appreciate your time and efforts in getting an answer to my simple questions.

Again, please accept my apologies.
