Hi, I'm new to Servicenow and I'm curious to know what is the difference between LDAP v/s SSO

Ldap is a protocol used for directory access and user information storage whereas SSO is an authentication method that enables users to access multiple services with a single set of credentials. LDAP can be used as a means to store information related to an SSO. Think Active Directory or Azure AD
