Link in a Email when clicked opens in "Self-Service" view, should open in "default" view.

Hi,

 

There are catalog task notifications related to RITM that opens the task Record in "self-service" view to the user when clicked on the link in Notification.

It should open in "default"view

@Vaishnavi35 Could you please check if your notification has link in the format https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/sc_task.do?sys_id=${sys_id}. Also check if there any view rules configured which prevents the user from seeing the default view.
