SLA when Upgraded from P4 to P2. P4 Resolution SLA is not getting cancelled.

Hi,

SLA when Upgraded from P4 to P2. P4 Resolution SLA is not getting cancelled. 

P2 Resolution SLA and P4 Resolution SLA both state "In Progress".

I want the P4 Resolution SLA cancelled when P2 Resolution SLA is created.

You'll want to update the SLA definitions and set the "When to cancel" field to "Start conditions are not met"

Please check if in SLA definition - When to cancel condition is set or not. If it is not set, SLA will not be cancelled. If you want P4 SLA to be cancelled, please set when to cancel condition.
