Links not coming as hypertext in comments or worknotes in workspaxe

When I am adding a link in worknotes or comments in agent workspace , it is not coming as link rather a simple text  , i want to enable it as link when i put any link there.

Note - I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE THIS PROPERTY  - glide.ui.journal.use_html AS TRUE TO DO THIS   , because it is making html editor visible for users .

Hi there - I am also looking for something similar to show links in worknotes without having to set system properties as 'true'. However I am not able to access the above link - I get the below. Are you able to screenshot the information? Regards, Winnie

Hi @gaurav tygai ;

Since it's a normal text boxes it's not possible, you can make use of Description field(rich_text) since it's a tinymce to do this. Mark my answer as correct if that  helps.
