List action "Repair all filtered SLAs" not available in Incident list?

Hi all,

I need to repair a lot of SLAs, due to incorrect SLA Definitions. I'd prefer to do it from the Incident table rather than the task_sla table, to make sure that I catch everything. However, at the bottom of the Incident list, I am missing the Repair all filtered SLAs list action, which however does exist at the bottom of the task_sla list:

I'm pretty sure it used to be there in some previous version (Kingston, London) but maybe I remember wrong. Thing is, it also sounds in the documentation as if it should be there:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-it-service-management/page/product/service-level-management/...

I know I can select all the incidents on the page and then choose "Repair SLA" from Actions, but that limits me to 100 at time which isn't feasible, I was planning to handle 5-10,000 at a time.

Does anyone know the background here, how to activate this, some other/better method if it has been changed? I'd really appreciate any help!

many thanks in advance  /Tommy

Hi Tommy,

As it is mentioned that you can repair the SLAs from task or SLA records in the link provided in the question.

'You can repair multiple SLA records from a list of task or SLA records'.

I would suggest you to go to task table list. Filter the table where number starts with 'INC' and then you can filter those records as per your incident table filter. And you should be able to repair the SLAs for those filtered incidents.

Please mark this as correct and helpful if it resolved the query or lead you in right direction.

Hi Mohit,

thanks for your reply and sorry if I was unclear. I know that it says so in the documentation, that's my point -  the related link does not exist in the system for Task or INC, only for task_sla. If you are able to do it can you please show me how? I would be very grateful!

thanks in advance  /Tommy

Do it from task_sla. You should be able to dotwalk to get all the correct Incidents. For example Parent Incident > Number, or State, or whatever other Incident criteria you want to filter on. What troubles did you find filtering from task_sla?

I've got the same issue here - unless the UI Actions are customised, I didn't find any other alternative solutions.
