List collector to show email address along with name

Hello Team,

I am trying to set visible list collector on the catalog form but unable to set it while its showing in service portal catalog form but not in personal instance.

Hello @bshubhangi 

Did you check the UI policy and client script  that has been conflict for this visibility.
and please check the Client Script UI type is selected to the Service Portal/mobile show it will run on portal and native as well
