List Collector variable on Service Portal - Select multiple values at once

Hello,

In the Service Portal, I have a List Collector variable.

There is a way to select multiple value at once, especially after applying a filter? It is very annoying to type the text filter for every value to be selected.

Example: List Collector querying on sys_user table:

I need to select only 'Stark' people. So I have to repeat 4 times the sequence:

1. Click on the 'People' field
2. Write the text filter
3. Select a record

Instead, is there a way to apply the filter and select all results (or a part of them) at once? E.g: by using a checkbox on the left of each record or any other option.

What you are wanting is the Slushbucket for list collectors. It works this way on the Classic view, and not Service Portal. For Service Portal there is no OOTB way to have the slushbucket available for a list collector on Service Portal. Take a look through this thread.
