The best practice is to use .list in lowercase when opening a table in ServiceNow. For example: incident.list.

Even though .LIST will still work because ServiceNow URLs are not case-sensitive, using lowercase is the standard convention followed in documentation and by most developers. It helps keep things consistent and cleaner when sharing URLs or working across teams.
