LISTS are not loading in SOW

Hi,
For one of the user , the list are not loading in service operations workspace.
I checked the user has canvas_user role.
please help me on this. Attaching screenshot

Try repair the SOW plugin once.

Did you compare the roles between 2 users i.e. 1 which can see and other which cannot see?
Did you check if that user is restricted by audience?
You can use access analyzer permissions for this to compare roles

Hi @pavan patil
1. As per KB :KB2208811 List in the Service operations workspace isn't loading ,
Check if the list configuration contains unsupported variables, which can cause loading failures.
2. Ensure the user belongs to an audience assigned to the list in sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.list . If this is missing, the list won't load.
3. KB0863424 Lists are not loaded in new workspaces (Blank Page)
