Mailbox account is not receiving the emails in servicenow

There is a requirement that I need to create a mailbox account and an inbound email action for that mailbox.

I tried creating the mailbox account using the SMTP Connection and also by using the IMAP connection but when triggering emails to the mailbox account, I couldn't find any emails are receiving for the mailbox account I created.

Please help me.

Does this mean that we need to use the authentication type as Oauth1.0 or Oauth2.0 instead of password?
