Mailbox full issue

Hi,

While sending mail to servicenow instance its showing Mailbox full please try after. So how can i check the mailbox size and please help me how to resolve this error.

I had the same issue today, and I guess its irrelevant right now, but for anyone looking for this in the future, if your instance does not have the Email Property for INBOUND email enabled, your mailbox server will get full because your instance is not "fetching" them from the server.

You could just enable the inbound and disable your outbound if this is a sub-production instance, and this way you would avoid the impact on people sending or forwarding emails to DEV/TEST/QA.
