What role is required to access Major Incident Management Configuration (/now/sow-admin/major-incident-management)

on Service Operations Workspace Admin Center?

OOB only users with below roles can access Service Operations workspace admin center

sn_sow_admin.sow_admin_center_user 

admin

you can check like this

ACL name LIKE now.sow-admin

I have tested this role: sn_sow_admin.sow_admin_center_user

with regular User.

This User hase access to SOW Admin Center,

but can NOT open Configuration for Major Incident Management.

Could you please assign this role to the user (highlighted in blue)? After that, log out and log back in to check if it’s working correctly.

After mentioned role added, regular User can access some other Configurations, but still can NOT access MIM Configuration.
