I have created a knowledge base for users of specific region. We want to provide a URL through which the KB article should open in the user's respective portal view through URL only and should not be searchable in portal itself. No other user except the one with URL should be able to search the article.

Hi,
If you want to exclude only one kb base, you can put a encoded query for that in the search source.

Hi,
You can remove the KB table from the search source of your portal instance.

Hi @Saurabh Gupta ,
Thank you for the response. But I think your solution will remove all the knowledge article from portal search. I just want one Knowledge base to not be visible in portals and be accessible through URL in portal view.
