Many users are not able to Approve Requests from the Service Portal

Hello Gurus,
I just became aware that many of our ITIL users are not able to Approve requests from the My Tasks tab of the Employee Service Portal.
Note: We recently upgraded to the Xanadu version (2 weeks ago)
The APPROVE / REJECT buttons are not visible for most users:

Is anyone aware of anything in Xanadu that may have taken away role or need additional role?
