mapping custom requested_for variable to OOB RITM requested_for field.

I have a catalog item called Mobile that includes a Requested For variable referencing the sys_user table. This variable is created in a Variable Set so that it can be reused across multiple catalog items. We also have an OOTB Requested For field on the RITM (sc_req_item) table. When a user creates a request from the Service Portal and selects a value in the custom Requested For variable, the same value should automatically populate the OOTB Requested For field on the corresponding RITM record when it is created.

what is the solution for this. here according to my screenshots requested for must be dileep kumar. but it is showing naveen kumar.

Hi @Naveenkumap7698,

 Try to map the requested for variable to OOB requested for field.

And also for RITM table Requested for there is default value which is Sender which is taking logged in user.

Check these 2 and then make changes accordingly.
