Mass Upload Picture for Catalog Items

Hello, we have many catalog items that don't have a picture associated with them but we don't want to leave the picture blank, so we'd like to add one placeholder picture to about 80 catalog items.

I'm trying to find a good way to change the picture on all those 80 catalog items without doing each one manually. I was thinking possibly an update set, but I'm not sure how to specify a picture in an update set.

Related to that request, is there a way to set a default picture for all new catalog items? Then if a picture is needed for that new catalog item, we can manually upload one.

+1, I would have the exact same question. Any of the super experienced admins or devvies can help out? Thanks.

Another avenue I looked at to accomplish this was Flow Designer, but I couldn't get it to work like I needed. The idea was to trigger it off of a created catalog item that doesn't have a picture set, then update the picture field on the catalog item with a picture stored in db_image. I could not get this to work after messing with it for a while, but wanted to post this in case it gives somebody an idea.

Another option would be to use a catalog item template, but I don't care for those.
