Metric Definition is not working for Kb_Knowledge table

Hi Team,

 

We have return metric defintion on kb_knowledge table to track the articles if state changes from review to published. When we are testing its not working. Can anyone please help on this?

Metric defintion will work for base tables? - For task tables metrics is working.

My bad, it will not work on a non-task table.

You could already configure Metric Instances for (almost) any table. However, during testing, Metric Definitions were not being captured for non-Task extended tables.

After duplicating the “metrics events” Business Rule, Metric Definitions are now automatically captured for the selected table (including its extended tables).

You have to update the script ,so that in that condition , this use case works.
