Metric table for custom table

Hi All,

 

We have a custom table called IT Incidents(extended form Task) and Planning to build SLA's on it. Do we need to build a table separately for Metrics or is it already available for custom tables as well?

No , you can use same table ( IT incidents) for the metrics. If you have doubt, give a try in PDI.
