when service now sends email top for MFA. it will send the same OTP if user asked to resend the top after some time how to fix the issue.
my requirements is: I need to make it as if the user clicks resend otp then a new top needs to be sent instead of the same OTP

Dear Abbas,
Thank you for your link, I have already set up the mfa in our instance but the top which is sent is validated for 5 min as a default but when the resend OTP option has been chosen it will send the same top again. is there any way to send a new opt instead of the old one.
example: 1st otp:541234 then 2nd otp must be different not the same.

There is no solution for this currently. But this seems like a good idea. Please submit an idea portal request so that we can track this and also understand if other customers have similar requirements.
