Microsoft AD spoke - Password resets

Apologies in advance if this a stupid question.

 

I am currently creating some flows in flow designer and have been playing about with the Microsoft AD spoke - in particular regard to password resets.

 

So using the generate random password and reset user password ootb actions I have successfully been able to reset a password. Well the output says successful but the password is encrypted so cant test it.

 

My question is, if the password is encrypted how would you give the password to the user?

The output data pill can be sent via email, which is how we deliver it to the end user.
