Migrating KB articles from Zendesk Guide to ServiceNow

Has anyone done a migration from Zendesk Guide to ServiceNow Knowledge? Customer has about 800 articles they need to move. We thought about using the External Content Integration plugin, but it doesn't look like Zendesk supports WebDAV. They have some third party tools to extract/backup the KB, but the results aren't in a tidy .xlsx or .csv.

You can export zendesk KB articles in word document.

Use OOB import word document as KB article in service now.

Hi Sachin - Can you give me a little more detail about how to do the export from Zendesk? My customer is looking in Zendesk and isn't seeing any way to do this.

We have been working on the same migration from Zendesk to ServiceNow. I was trying to find out any solution on google hence saw your post . Please let me know if you had any luck .

I found this Word doc that I created with the process we came up with. Some of the objects referenced in it (transform maps and fix scripts) were created on the customer's instance, and I no longer have access to that, but this should get you pretty close.
