Migrating Knowledge Articles from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow

Hi friends
We are looking to migrate over 4'000 Knowledge Base Articles from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow.
We already have the data from BMC Remedy stored in a XML-File.
My question is, how can we import these KBA's from the XML-File as simple as possible into ServiceNow ?
What do we need to do ?
Really looking forward for your help, thank you
