Minimize or hide KB article content in the activity log of ticket by default

Looking for feasibility/ideas to hide / minimize the content of a KB article from tickets activity log.  Can someone assist how to achieve this?

We attach KB while resolving the incident by using search knowledge functionality next to short description.

Requirement is to attach the KB with incident but minimize the KB content from work note or hide it by default for users

That's strange for me its showing the content not the link in PDI.
