Missing RITM Variables

Hello Community,

 

On submitting a catalog form, the RITM variables went missing. Can anyone help me how to map/restore those missing values???.I checked the table sc_item_option_mtom and records were  created for those missing values. How can i restore/map those missing values.

@XYZ - Please check whether you have any UI policy / Client script that hide the variable from the form.

Hi Vasantharajan,

I mean variables are present but the issue is with the blank values.Those variables are setting blank/empty.

@XYZ - Are you seeing values for the variables in sc_item_option_mtom table? Could you please share some screenshot
