Hi,
I am creating some Standard Change templates and have a question about Change Tasks.
I want to set up a Standard Change template for decommissioning a virtual server.
During the Standard Change proposal I can add some 'Standard Change Task Templates'. This is where I want to add tasks to fulfill to execution of the change. For example, create a task to remove management agents, delete DNS and AD entries, etc.
When the proposal is approved and active, I notice that when I set the change to the 'Implement' stage, it adds the following Change Tasks: 'Implement' and 'Post implementation testing'
Is there a way to not have these populate for some Standard Change requests?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

The task creation is happening via Change Request - Standard and Change Request - Standard change tasks workflows, If you want to control the task creation you have to modify the respective workflows.

Hello @tomjuk26
Adding to Sai's Answer,Please check the below Screenshot for more detials
If you can remove this Task then it will not generate on Change task realted list. But it will impact Globally. You can try once by removing this 2 "Create Task".
If my answer Helps you in anyway, then please Mark is as CORRECT and HELPFUL both.
