Modify the content of Change Approval email

Hi All, 

I want to modify the "Click Here to Approve CHXXXXXXX" to "Click Here to Approval CHXXXXXX by email"

Please help.

Hi @hanwar2 ,

Create a new Email template like this

and 

Update the change.itil.approve.role ${mailto:mailto.approval} to ${mailto:mailto.approval.change}

In Click Here to Approval CHXXXXXX by email can we just keep the change number in Hyperlink and rest as simple text

Hi @hanwar2 ,

yes we can do that

go to the email template that you have created and replaced in place of mailto.approval

remove the text and just keep this

and open the change.itil.approve.role template and update it like highlighted
