I have edited the filter saying "problems with state Proactive complete should not show in My Group(s) work".
But when I click on the My Group(s) work, sometimes it works for me and some times it does not(like the filter itself doesn't show in the breadcrumb.
And when it works for me, if I impersonate to some other user, it does not work, like problems assigned to that user group in the state of Proactive complete still show.

Hi Bharat,
Sometime inverting them works. Try inverting too like "in not one of" to "is one of".
